You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is correct to avoid delays or issues with order processing and delivery.
Gertrudes Flower Shop reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or amend any order at its sole discretion. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, unsuccessful or unverified payment, inaccurate or incomplete information, suspected fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or any other circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling the order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated. For your convenience, prices may also be viewed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and Euros (EUR).
Deliver and Shipping
We make every effort to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, and other operational factors.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed at least 4 to 5 hours before the requested delivery time to allow for order processing and preparation. Advance orders will be prepared and delivered according to the delivery date and time specified by the customer.
We offer free delivery to selected areas within Metro Manila. Please refer to the Delivery Information page on our website for the complete list of locations eligible for free shipping.
For deliveries within Metro Manila, same-day or next-day delivery is available, subject to product availability and order volume. Deliveries to areas outside Metro Manila may require additional transit time. While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely service, Gertrudes Flower Shop is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather conditions, traffic, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Product Availability and Substitutions
We strive to ensure that all products displayed on our website are accurately represented and available. However, due to the seasonal and perishable nature of fresh flowers, certain blooms, foliage, or materials may occasionally be unavailable at the time of your order.
In such cases, Gertrudes Flower Shop reserves the right to substitute unavailable flowers or materials with comparable items of equal or greater value while preserving the overall design, color scheme, style, and quality of the arrangement.
The product images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. As each floral arrangement is handcrafted using fresh flowers, the final product may vary slightly in appearance, size, or composition based on seasonal availability and the natural characteristics of the flowers used.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are considered final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or collected.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective floral arrangement, please notify Gertrudes Flower Shop within one (1) hour of delivery. To assist with our assessment, kindly provide clear photographs of the product and its condition.
Upon verification of the issue, we may, at our sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies, as appropriate:
A replacement of the affected product
A partial refund
A full refund, where applicable
Any approved refund will be processed within one (1) to three (3) business days using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date delivery information, including the recipient's full name, delivery address, contact number, and any applicable delivery instructions.
Gertrudes Flower Shop shall not be held liable for delayed or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring that the recipient, or an authorized representative, is available to receive the order at the designated delivery address during the scheduled delivery time. If no one is available to accept the delivery, additional delivery charges or redelivery arrangements may apply, subject to our delivery policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gertrudes Flower Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, delivery, or use of our products and services.
